Formerly an abandoned warehouse lot, this new construction project included two buildings.
A 15 unit building, known as the 15-Plex, has three floors of 15 apartments. The units have a mix of one and two bedrooms. An elevator provides access to all three floors.
The second building is a traditional style duplex apartment building. This building includes a three bedroom unit that can serve as both a living and working space.
Each building has a street facing porch as well as covered parking and streetscape landscaping for the residents.
