Custom Residential Renovation and Addition

Built in the 1700’s this multi-family vacation getaway home is ready for stabilization and upgrades while preserving the historical integrity.  The renovations include refinishing the floors and rebuilding the massive cluster of three fire places and chimney. The project also includes  an addition for a small kitchen and bathroom as well as lifting the house to add a new foundation and basement.
