This 7,000 square foot custom home in Jamaica VT was designed as a year round recreational gathering place for the owners and their guests.  It features a fir timber frame structure with vaulted wood ceilings in the two master suites and great room, heavy timber stairs constructed from reclaimed wood from an historic factory in NYC, custom millwork and fir woodwork throughout.  Exterior features include 1,000 square feet of IPE decks and 3,000 square feet of bluestone patios and walks.  The building is clad with a combination of natural stone, cedar shingles and horizontal cedar siding.
