Hinsdale Police Station

Ingram Construction Corporation provided Construction Management services to the Town of Hinsdale, NH for the purpose of building a much-needed, centrally located headquarters for the Town’s police department.

Tennant/Wallace Architects of Manchester, NH provided design services for the building which is situated on Main Street in the heart of Hinsdale. The site had formerly been the location of a wood framed building that served many purposes in its long lifetime. The building was destroyed by fire, leaving a vacant lot in the center of Hinsdale which will be filled with the new police headquarters.

The focus of the 4,200 square foot building is “functional economy”. The construction budget is lean and so Tennant/Wallace, the Town of Hinsdale, and Ingram Construction worked very hard to produce a new facility that has all the critical components a modern police department requires while keeping the construction cost within their budget.
