Mountain’s Edge Condominiums – Building 100

Shortly after being awarded the contract for rebuilding this 12 unit condominium structure that was destroyed by fire in January of 2007, Ingram Construction was issued a challenge by the Owner: have the building safe and ready to occupy before the one year anniversary of the fire without any significant costs beyond the insurance reimbursement. Our framers drove the first nails in early September of 2007 and the 26,500 building was ready for occupancy in January of 2008—on time and on budget. Subsequent to the completion of the work on Building 100 the Mountain’s Edge Condominium Association has worked with Ingram Construction to upgrade and repair the other 5 buildings that comprise this 72 unit condominium development.
