This former print shop, now houses a Latin Grille restaurant. In 2009, Ingram Construction was hired to build the original print shop building. The newest renovations include a new commercial kitchen, field-built banquet seating for family dining, polished concrete floors, and an enlarged parking lot with a pervious concrete surface. Extensive demolition and structural improvements took place prior to the total reconfiguration of the first floor. The many one-of-a-kind features make this adaptive re-use of an existing building a fine example of Ingram Construction’s ability to work with the Design Team and Owner to help realize the creative vision they have imagined.
