Summer Park Housing Phase I

Location: Hanover, NH
Architect: Banwell Architects
Contract Amount: $4,198,350.00

Located on 1.6 acres of land, this project includes 19,000 square feet of new construction and site work.  The Summer Park building will have 12 studio apartments and 12 one-bedroom apartments in a single 3-story building with an elevator and parking adjacent to the building.

It will be built to Universal Design Standards and attain Passive House Certification.

Construction is scheduled through 2020.
